Bloom Space is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait. We're looking for a social media savvy professional who can take our digital marketing efforts to the next level, with a focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok campaigns.
About the Job

As a  Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating and optimizing Meta campaigns, with a particular emphasis on Instagram, as well as developing engaging content for TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and monitor Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Create and manage TikTok marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports on key metrics
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead generation and sales conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive cross-platform strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
About You

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful Meta campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and drive sales through social media advertising
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Fully bilingual (Arabic and English)
  • High energy and enthusiasm for digital marketing


Required Skills

  • Meta Advertising: Expert knowledge of Facebook and Instagram ad platforms, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization
  • TikTok Marketing: Familiarity with TikTok's advertising capabilities and content creation best practices
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights
  • Content Creation: Skills in creating engaging social media content, including graphics and video
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
