I received the wrong order and/or products, what should I do?
Please directly contact the vendor that you have purchased the product(s) from and they will assist you to make sure you receive the correct ordered items and to return any wrong items.
When will my ordered items be delivered?
Prior to adding items to your cart, you will be asked for a delivery day and time. Vendors will deliver based on the selections you have made. However, keep in mind; errors beyond the control of the vendors may arise, thus not guaranteeing delivery times always.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after completing a purchase; you will be able to track your order by going to ‘My orders’ if you have an account with Bloom Space. If not, you will still be able to track your order by entering the order reference number on our

How do I apply for a refund ?
If you have made an order without creating an account then you must call the vendor that you have ordered from and request a refund.
If you have made an order using your account then you can sign into your account, go to the page 'My orders' and from there you will be able to apply for a refund. You will be asked to share the details and/or photo(s).
Can I cancel my order?
If your order is still in the 'Paid' stage and has not yet progressed with the vendor, you can cancel it by quickly clicking on 'Cancel Order.' However, if the order is already marked as 'In Progress' by the vendor, you will not be able to cancel it.
