By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that may cause harm to the website or impair other users' access to it.

3. Refund policy 

Orders/products that are subject to a refund must be for the following reason(s):

  • Products received are in bad, damaged, and/or broken conditions. 

  • If part of your order is missing, we will issue a partial refund for the missing items.

If you have created an account with Bloomspace, you can apply for a refund by:

  • Signing into you account, go the 'My orders' page, click on 'Apply for refund' and submitting photos alongside a short description of the reason for a refund.

If you have not created an account with Bloomspace, you can apply for a refund by:

  • Calling the vendor directly. Since you haven't created an account, its difficult to apply for a refund from Bloomspace. You must call the vendor that you have purchased from and share with them your order number. They will assist in helping you get a refund. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Vendors are responsible for delivering all products ordered through Bloom Space. Customers are kindly requested to ensure the correctness of their delivery addresses. Bloom Space absolves itself of any liability for inaccuracies in address details. The preparation of products and their deliveries are the exclusive duties of the vendors that have accepted the order. While the vendors endeavor to adhere to the specified delivery times, factors beyond their control may impact these timings, thus making them not always guaranteed. 

5. Order Cancellation 

Cancellations must be done before the vendor proceeds to prepare your order. So if your order is only 'paid' and not yet 'in progress' then you are able to cancel the order. Afterwards, it is no longer possible to cancel your order and all sales are final. However; vendors may cancel your order due to the unavailability of the product(s) you have chosen. Rest assured that if this happens, you will receive a full refund promptly. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated as we work to ensure you receive the best service possible.

6. Return Policy

Products may be returned for the following reason(s):

  • Flowers and/or plants have arrived in poor or unpleasant condition. 

  • Vases and/or accessories have arrived in damaged or broken condition.

Vendors may request picture(s) to verify the state of the products. Once the vendor receives the complaint, then you will be eligible for a refund after the products have been picked up and returned to the vendor. This ensures that vendors are able to address any issues promptly and provide you with the best resolution possible. Your cooperation and understanding are valued as we strive to deliver the highest quality service to you.

7. Pricing

Please be advised that the prices displayed on Bloom Space are determined by the vendors for their respective products. Bloom Space diligently conducts routine audits to verify the accuracy of these prices on the platform. Despite our vigilance, occasional errors may arise, and in such instances, immediate measures will be taken to rectify any pricing discrepancies promptly to ensure customers are charged the accurate prices.

  • All prices on Bloom Space are in Kuwaiti Dinars and payments are only accepted in Kuwaiti Dinars. 

8. Accuracy of billing & account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

9. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
